We take all forms of insurance including Medicare, Medicaid and VA. Preferred provider with Blue Cross and AETNA.
SELF REFERRAL
Self referrals and physician referrals accepted. You may call us to schedule your own appointments without visiting another physician first.
IN-OFFICE PROCEDURES
Some minor procedures are able to be performed right here in our office.

OUR STAFF
Mark T. Kowal, M.D.
Dr. Kowal is board certified in General Surgery. He graduated from the University of Colorado. He completed his general surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, he is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), Alaska State Medical Association (ASMA), and Interior Independent Practice Association (IIPA).
